Monday afternoon at Mackinaw Mill Creek Campground

Monday morning Wayne had to go back to Petrosky to UPS our Jeep cover to a man who will be going on the Alaska RV Tour with Spike next summer.    That afternoon he was working outside when one of the blue jays and a squirrel got into a game of tag.  When I came out I got a picture of the jay but not of the squirrel.

There were a couple of other kinds of birds around as well.

This is our site.  It has full hook-ups with 50 amp service and there are trees separating the sites from one another.

We took Trouble for a walk down by Lake Huron.  The campground has a lot of frontage on the lake with a walking/bike path on the other side of the grassy area.

This afternoon there was a gaggle of geese seeing what they could find to eat.

It was a windy day and this “big kid” was flying a kite.  It is unfortunate that all of the campsites facing the lake are only 30 amp.

This is a truly beautiful campground and we are enjoying our time here.
