To Prince Edward Island

We got up this morning and drove over to the ferry dock.  Here we are waiting for the ferry.

Here comes the ferry.

Here is Bruce and Laura driving onto the ferry.

They loaded us on the bottom level of the ferry along with the semi trucks.

Here is a view looking back at Pictou.

 

This lighthouse was on an island on the way to PEI.

  

Even Trouble enjoyed the cruise.

 

There are a couple of lighthouses as you enter the harbor at Wood Island on PEI.

As we drove over to the campground we saw this area where someone had planted lots of pretty flowers along the roadside.

And there were lots of beautiful farms.

Bruce and Laura and Wayne and I were way behind the others when we came across a highway intersection and the others came out onto the highway ahead of us.

 

We are going to be on PEI for six days so we should be able to see lots of the island.
