Friday we drove up to Lincoln City in the rain. We went to the Chinook Wind Casino to play a little blackjack and eat at the buffet. The buffet is upstairs and there are waterfalls on either side of the escalator.
At the top of the tree by the waterfall were two bald eagle sculptures.
At the base of the waterfall was a black bear sculpture.
The buffet was good but we didn’t win any money.
We drove to the south end of Lincoln City to Historic Taft where we crabbed the last time we were in this area. They have this neat metal sculpture of the salmon swimming upstream.
There was some information about the harbor seals that live in this area.
And there were lots of them on the island across the little bay.
