Just fifteen miles south of Mackinaw City is the town of Cheboygan. It has a Wal-Mart and some other big stores. It also has some colorful old buildings.
This sign caught me off guard until it really set in that the lake freezes over during the winter.
Cheboygan is also the site of the hospital with this interesting sculpture.
There are some pretty old buildings along the road into town.
A pretty gazebo in a park.
And some interesting old buildings in town. I can’t wait to come back and explore.
Wayne saw a boat that he wants. He thinks it would be perfect for the flats in the Laguna Madre.
I liked the way these posts were half rock and half wood.
Tomorrow will be laundry day for me and football for Wayne.
