This was the boat ramp area at the Marina. The man who was cleaning his catch on the boat to the far right was feeding the sea lion who didn't seem to be afraid of all of the people around.
The pieces of fish were too big so he was shaking his head to break up the pieces and the sea gulls were trying to take the pieces away from him.
He came right up and took this carcass
directly from the man holding it.
It looks like he tried to swallow the fish whole cause you can see its tail in his mouth.
